WiFi Network not detected…help!

I am at my whits end here. Roku working fine for months. Router died last weekend. Got a new one. Connected everything to it. Roku included. Then it dropped the connection and when I tried to reconnect, my wifi network wouldnt show up. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps. I’ve read all the other related questions. I even created a guest network to be sure it was at 2.4GHz because I know that’s all the Roku express can pick up. Still nothing. Ive restarted the modem, the router, and the Roku umpteen times. The Roku is literally sitting directly next to the router. It couldnt be closer. What the **bleep** is going on?? I’m losing my mind!

If you're confident the router is using the 2.4 GHz band, then also check what channel it is using.

Rokus support channels 1-11 in the 2.4 GHz WiFi band, as are used in North America.  If your router supports 2.4 GHz channels outside this range, as are used in some other geographical regions, make sure your router is set to use a channel in the 1-11 range and that you aren't using an auto setting that could select channels outside this range.
