What is the model number of the problem Roku device (found under Settings/System/About) and what is your router model number?
Have you tried connecting the Roku device to a mobile hotspot (if available to you), using the 2.4ghz band of your hotspot? (may need to enable "maximize compatibility" under your hotspot settings in unable to select individual bands).
Are you seeing any error "numbers" in the on-screen message box when unable to connect?
