Just got a new roku express box today and netflix doesn’t work on it gives me error code tvq-ayo-4(network error) even though all other apps work fine.

So i decided to just airplay it instead and it tells me to use the netflix app on my tv!! but it doesn’t work. So i uninstall it and it still says “use the app on your tv”!!

anyone know how to fix?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? Is your Roku device connected to the same wireless network as your Roku device? Try removing the app from your mobile device and go to the App Store and download it again and see if that helps resolve the issue you are seeing.
