Why can’t my Roku device find my xifinitywifi? That’s my only WiFi and I’m confused why it won’t connect, my phone and all other devices are connected.
If you are using a 2.4ghz only Roku device, you will need to access your router and change Xfinity's Mode/protocol to b/g/n.
If using a dual band Roku device (2.4ghz and 5ghz capable), you will have to further verify that your 5ghz is using non-DFS wireless channels (36-48 or 149-161).
After making the necessary changes, restart both the router and your Roku.

How does one access the router?
You can access your Xfinity/Comcast router using either the Xfi app or login with admin portal using any web browser.
