My Roku stick will not connect to my Internet at all. I even went and bought a brand new stick thinking maybe that’s the problem but it still will not connect I am getting an error code 014.40. My Internet is connected to everything else but the Roku stick. Can someone please help me with this?
@Shanetta01- Do you have Xfinity as your internet supplier?
Your problem may have been caused by a recent update to many Xfinity-supplied routers:
Xfinity users report the router configuration needs to be switched back to b/g/n security. If you don't have access to your router settings, you may have to request Xfinity to do this for you.
