When trying to shift to HDML 2, my tv says"No Signal"

It's my Samsung remote that I press "Source" on and when I want Roku it says "No Signal"

The first and obvious question is, are you certain HDMI 2 is where the Roku is connected? I know, dumb question, but it has to be asked.

What model Roku player is it? If you unplug your Roku from power and then plug it in again, do you see the dancing Roku letters during boot? Are you powering your Roku from a TV USB port, or are you using the wall power cube that came with the Roku?

@jamiegolf you aren't the original poster, so we need to ask exactly what issue are you having? What is the model number of your Roku (not just it's name).
