While having the network issue on 2 tv's this week. Now one tv works while the other one just has a black screen when turned on. Home screen will not display.
You didnt mention the brand or model # of your Roku TV.
Try a Factory Reset (may be a pinhole/button on the back of the TV, possibly above an HDMI port)
