I’ve restarted my router and Roku device several times to no avail - I cannot connect to my wireless network. I’m able to on my phone and computer, so I know it’s just an issue with the Roku. I know I’m entering my network password correctly as well.
It could be an issue with your ISP. Either that, or you bought a Roku with the incorrect frequencies/bands. You may need to find the right model.

What is your Roku model number (Settings/System/About), your router model number, and your ISP (internet service provider).
If you are able to connect to a mobile hotspot (if available), then likely will just have to make some adjustments to your network settings.
