Unable to connect to wireless network error 0.14.30

Unable to connect to wireless network error 0.14.30. I have followed the insructions 10 times, talked to xfinity support since they are my wifi provider and they said its ROKU problem. I have rebooted everything multiple times and am getting same error message over and over on 2 different ROKU's since last night.

Ignore whatever Xfinity told you.  Ensure your wireless mode is set to b/g/n and not g/n.
