We'd like to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing. May we know what Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify) Are you getting any error messages or codes?

Thank you for your reply. I hope I may have solved the problem. I connect TV 1 to a Century Link connection; it works fine. The Century Link on TV2 that I cannot access differs from that of TV 1. In fact, the TV2 link is no longer available. My task now is how change the TV 2 link to that of TV1. Both TV1 and TV2 both worked fine until Century Link had a recent long outage.

Could you confirm if you were able to connect both devices to your network? If not, could you try to connect the device to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot? If the device successfully connects to a mobile hotspot but is not on your network, we would suggest that you contact your internet service provider for additional help.
