First, please edit your post and remove your personal information. That's dangerous to post on a public forum. Scammers look for such info and will use it to try and claim they are Roku but really only want your credit card info.
You didn't state what model Roku you have, so we have to make some assumptions. Since it's a Stick, it has both 2.4 and 5 GHz radios.
On your router, look on the 2.4 GHz radio and see what modes are enabled. If it only shows G/N, try changing it to B/G/N. You might need your ISP to make the change.
At the frequencies used by WiFi, sometimes moving a device a matter of inches will clear a problem. Try moving the router a bit.
Sometimes you are getting interference on the channel used on your router. For 2.4 GHz, the channel should be 1, 6 or 11. If you're already using one of those, try one of the others. Again, your ISP might need to make the change for you. for 5 GHz, the channel must be below 49 or above 148. If it's using a channel between those two, your Roku won't even see that radio.
