The browser to connect my wifi true the hotel and dorm pathway won’t show up

Im trying to connect my wifi to my apartment but i get to screen were it tells me to go to my wifi on my phone and connect to the direct_roku thing. i connect to it put in the password but the browser never comes up for me to actually connect it to my wifi and i have no clue what to do.

You may understand this already, but just to be sure ...

After connecting your phone to the Roku's Wifi-direct address, no browser will come up on the Roku display, you need to use the browser on your phone.
