I have a tcl rokutv I go to scan network I hit the button and a white box flashes for a sec on screen not long enough to read anything in the box then it right back so I can hit scan again hit scan again. Same thing happens I tryed going to private network and putting my net work Nam and password there and it checks it but does not find it that way either I have factory reset still same thing my phone is o. The wifi just fine same network iam trying to find with the TV I have unplugged the TV for 60 sec so iam not sure what to do next it was working fine a few days ago till I got a new router from Comcast

Since your internet service provider is Comcast, we would recommend changing your router settings for the 2.4 GHz band from g/n to b/g/n, as customers have stated that this helped resolve their issue. If you need assistance modifying it, please contact Comcast support.

Ok I tryed to change this setting comcast will not let the was a drop down menu and it would not let me chage it to sonething eles so I called them and after runing me around to diffrent fir about an hour the last tech told me that I had the most advanced router they had and that it pick the best settings on it own and and it was probly the TV setting that were messed up and I need to contact roku support to fix my issue becase the router setting were fine
