I dont see air play option or home kit in tv in setting and update has been done on 11.0 powered off tv and back in still no change it wont pop up on my phone as the tv name is my tv too old

If you have Fast start enabled on your Roku tv, turning tv off and back on doesn't give you a full restart. Try Roku menu path Settings / System / Power / System restart.
