TCL Roku TV not connecting to wifi, MAC address all zeros
Our TV had been working decently until we got home 07/22. We turned it on and it refused to connect to our wifi. It had the day before and we were able to watch it w/ no issues. Our wifi is not the issue and our TV sits on the shelf above it. Our MAC address says all zeros though. Help? We've reset it, unplugged it, tried to reset the wireless connection, and then finally did a factory reset. Nothing has helped.
