System Restart and now can't connect to WiFi and I don't have access to router to restart it.

I moved back into my college dorm and am trying to connect to the wifi but it didn't work. I used roku in this dorm before and had no problems connecting. I looked on here to find answers and was told to system reset and that didn't fix it either. I am now basically soft locked out of my roku because it wont let me do anything without connecting to the internet and i cant reset my router because it's technically not my router. The only information i have on my roku that i have access to now is the MAC address.

Can someone please help me with this?

Did you perform a factory reset?  If so, you may have to use an alternate network like your phone's hotspot to get through the initial setup.  You should then be able to connect to your school's Wi-Fi.  Some schools have to whitelist your device's MAC address.
