My tv and roku are bother hooked up to the internet with a strong connection however whenever I try to open an app it just shows the spinning wheel and nothing happens. If I am lucky enough to get Netflix working and start a movie, then it will buffer every 15 minutes even though I have strong WiFi and Internet connection. And sometimes Netflix will work but it won’t even let me open Disney+
