The Roku TV is connected the settings list connection as excellent even YouTube, digital tv works fine. However, some apps, Netflix, Prime and Disney say it's not connected if I try to open them.
I did a factory reset and a necessary software update will not load due to the same connection issue. HELP
Try connecting to an alternate network like your phone's hotspot, if possible, just to get through the initial update.
