Streambar pro not Discoverable?

Roku Streambar pro is no longer discoverable on windows 10 pc. It was purchased over the summer and set up fine. No problem adding a new device to my Win 10 PC. Now it's no longer listed as a device on the PC and doesn't show up if I try to add a new device. Also, it no longer shows up on my iPhone 8. Totally no longer discoverable!

Are they on the same network?

Verify. Don't just assume they are.
