Streambar Pro WiFi stopped working

I setup and configured a new Streambar Pro connecting to my WiFi network with no issues. After approximately 6 hours, connectivity was lost. When I tried to reconnect, no wireless networks were found it now shows a MAC address of 00:00:00:00:00:00. This device has also lost bluetooth connectivity.
