Sometimes my wifi works with my living room roku

I have 2 rokus. One in my room n one in my livingroom. My livingroom had trouble activating when I first got it but i got help and it started working now it's doing the same thing. Not connecting to my wifi for some reason. It's right next to my router and my other roku works

Questions:

  • Do you get any error messages?
  • What's the model number displayed under Settings->System->About?
  • Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
