Since update won't connect to home network

Unable to connect to my internet....it's been working fine for the last 4yrs and now it no longer works. I have tried rebooting... resetting.... factory resetting...it will connect to my phone's hotspot but not to Comcast. It only finds the Xfinity wifi hot spot instead of my home network

Been having this problem for months... no help from any roku support
