Signal Strength Excellent, yet won’t connect

Hello!

 

I am having issues with my Roku not connecting to my wireless network. I have different devices that are connected and my phone is even connected. 

I have tried 2 different Rokus in my room and neither are working yet our Google streaming device is working perfectly. The Roku was working last week and now it won’t connect to a perfect good network. The signal strength is excellent but won’t connect. I kept getting a message to reboot the Roku but it’s not working after 10+ reboots.

What is your Roku device model number, your router model number, and ISP (internet service provider).

Additionally, are you seeing any error messages on screen (normally a number).
