Setting up / adding additional TV's within the house

Purchased 1 new Roku TV

How do I set up additional TV's within the house, is this possible? 

I purchased an additional smaller Vizo tv for the bedroom and have an older LG model in the basement.

Can these be interconnected?

No, you can't interconnect them.  You need a Roku device for each TV.
