This is not a question, but help for others. I upgraded my router to a eero about a year ago. Works great. Got a ruko ultra and had wired. No issues. Bought a streambar and it would connect, but messages about not connected. The bar would work with a cellphone Hotspot. I've searched online and found nothing. Facebook messaged eero today, and got great help.
To solve this concern, you will need to change your DSN.
Change the DNS for your network to point to google's DNS which is more reliable than your ISPs. Simply goto your eero app>settings>Network settings>DNS>Custom>Primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4. Try that and see if the streambar works correctly.
Now, I was at work, and get home after their hours. So they gave me the next steps. And this solved it!
