My online service send me multiple messages a day that my Streambar Pro is trying to visit a possible spam website, https:/source1.okkodv1.xyz/. Should this site be added to the exception list? If not, how do I stop it from trying to visit it.  I get this notifications now about once an hour, all day long.

Looking up that domain (okkodv1.xyz) it was just registered in June in Iceland.  I kind of doubt that it's a Roku owned domain.  I would guess it's coming from one of the channels/apps or even a screensaver that you're using.

Thank you for your help. I removed a screensaver that was added a few weeks ago and have not received another notification.

I'm glad you found it.  It probably wasn't anything nefarious; just the screensaver getting some information to display or tracking usage.
