Roku won’t stay connected to wifi

I have been dealing with this issue since November only weeks after purchasing the tv. I’m not even here to ask questions anymore as I have tried everything under the sun to get my TV working again because I do not want to spend another $400 on another one of these just for the same issue to arise. I want a working one for free or I want my money back. It’s ridiculous how after only 2 weeks of having the thing that it doesn’t even do something as simple as connect to wifi no matter what I do.
