Roku won't play at university in uk

I've just started uni. I've Registered my rokus nac address on my uni account. I've connected to the WiFi but the Roku still won't play anything. It worked perfectly well at home. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for the post.

For clarification, if the Roku device already activated? If you are connecting to a school's wireless network, we would recommend using the Roku's Hotel & Dorm feature. Please be aware that in order to use the Hotel & Dorm feature, the Roku device will need to be already activated.
