Hi all!
Our roku stopped connecting to the internet and our Roku remote can change the volume and turn on/off the tv, but we can’t use the remote for anything else and the app won’t find the device. On the roku homescreen it says “not connected” in the top right corner. Our internet and wifi are working perfectly and have not changed.
So far we have -
1. unplugged the roku, and plugged it back in.
2. Reset the wifi.
what else can we do to fix this? We’ve had the roku about 3 months.

The stick plugs into the TV. We pressed the reset button on the Roku and it seems to be working for now!
Where is the reset button? on sticck? I'm totally new to Roku.
Ours was on side towards the end of the stick. Good luck!

Hi, I am having the same problem and even following these instructions I can't access Live TV, even though I can access my TV programs !!! What should I do ?
You're lucky you can access something. I can't access anything! Roku won't come up on screen so can't do any thing there. I am about ready to give up. Third day and no tv!
I can't even get Roku screen up on tv to do anything.
