Roku won't connect to WiFi but no issues connecting other devices. Any suggestions?

I bought a Roku 2 XS yesterday and hooked it up. Everything worked fine and I was actually impressed with how easy it was to setup.

However today I've spent more time buffering, reconnecting or not connecting at all than I have watching my movies. As of right now it will not connect at all. Earlier it connected to the router but then timed out trying to connect to the local network. Now it shows no networks in range, even though there about 6-8 showing on all my other devices (iPhone, iPad, laptop and PS3). I've had to reboot the Roku once and sure don't want to have to do this daily just to get it to work.

As I've right now I'm extremely disappointed in the Roku and thinking of either returning it or smashing it repeatedly with a hammer.

A Roku 2 XS?  That's an ancient device by any standard.  It's honestly not worth investing any time or money in a device that's no longer supported by Roku.  Just to verify, what's the model number displayed under Settings->System->About?
