Netflix and Disney+ work just fine. Prime says no internet connection. Display does not show time or display ads. Power outage did occur. Tried everything shy of factory reset. Anyone have this issue?

Does the issue only occur on Amazon Prime Video? If so, you can try removing then re-installing the channel. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.
