Was working fine 2 days ago but all of a sudden it lost internet connection. It gives trouble code 009. It will connect to wifi but not the internet. Also will work off of my mobile hotspot but can't keep using my data plan. Checked all connections and did all the restarts, followed all the trouble shooting procedures but still will not connect. Seems that Roku customer service is non existent. Can't find a working number to contact them and site support is just a frustrating loop. Anyone have any suggestions that may help? Thanks

3) Check to see that your router is working properly. Using your computer or mobile device, connect to your home network and try accessing the internet by launching a public website like www.roku.com. If you can connect to the internet from another device, your router is successfully providing internet access and you can move to the next step. If you are unable to connect to the internet, try restarting your router (see step 5b below) before contacting your ISP.
Telephone support doesnt exist - they used the pretext of California's draconian COVID19 lockdown to end it.
However, chat and email are available:

I've run into this here several times. This has always worked for me:
If that doesn't fix it, try disconnecting the power to your Roku for a few seconds. When it comes back up, see if you then can set up the network connection.
