Yes I have . And to further the issue it doesn't connect to my mobile device's that have hotspot . It worked one before but it doesn't connect to the internet at the hotel room I'm in... Anymore. If done went through all the procedures by resting it disconnected it doesn't connect.

Many people are having issues related to connecting their Rokus to a network that requires an extra step to enter a password. In many cases the Roku hotel/dorm login screen doesn't pop up leaving us with no way to connect... in other words we have a paperweight while traveling instead of a streaming device.
I called hotel provider.
They fixed in about 5 minutes tops
