Enhanced roku remote can’t see roku stick model 3600x. It worked yesterday, but today the remote doesn’t work. I change the batteries. I also unplugged the Roku stick and then plugged it in after over five seconds. The light on the Roku stick came on solid and then after a few seconds it started flashing. I tried the Roxie app on my iPhone. It could not see the Roku stick in question, but it could see the Roku stick on the TV in our bedroom on the same Wi-Fi network. I suspect maybe the Roku stick is dead since neither the remote nor the Roxy app can pair with it or see it. When I press the pairing button on the Roku stick, the green light flashes, so there is apparently no problem with the batteries in the Roku stick.
