I have done as you have suggested. At the number website (192.-----), all I see is that the router is connected to the signal and is showing that the WiFi signal inside is working and connected to other devices. I have turned the Roku on and there is still no network showing.
I have tried to attach a picture of the "bottom" of the router, but it exceeds the 3M limit. I did not find the word ASK on the router. On the number website, there wasn't a place to change anything. It says that part is done in the app. No admin password box shows up.
I really do appreciate the help so far. I just wish it was a little more simple.
I assume/hope that when it tells you to use the app, it also tells you where to get the app??
I have the app. There is a place to change the password. If I change the password to the admin password, will everything else stay connected?
I don't know anywhere else that has a password for the admin side.
Here is some info for clarification
Here is another bit of the information.

I have done this 4-5 times.
When the list of wireless networks pops up, there is literally nothing. I rescan, same thing.
Before making changes to the router, can you test the wifi connectivity of the Roku Premiere by using a mobile hotspot if available to you?
Launch the mobile hotspot on your phone (make sure 2.4ghz band (Android) or "maximize compatibility" (if using Apple) is selected in the hotspot settings and see if the Roku Premiere sees the hotspot and is able to connect to it.
Apologies for the delay. I turned the hotspot on my phone and the Roku was able to detect the signal.
My question is, why doesn't it detect the router?
Quick update - I made a separate network within my regular network, as T-Mobile IT support suggested, and still nothing.
Anyone have a number straight to Roku IT?
