Wi-Fi & connectivity

So my roku premier all of a sudden acted like it was factory reset. No biggie, I try to just reconfigure everything. But it won't connect to wifi. So I put my 'spare' tv right next to the router and try the roku on it. Nothing. I try hotspot on my phone. Nothing. (I tried an old spare phone in the exact location and had perfect wifi connection) I try wifi share, again Nothing. My router has both 2.4 and 5 Ghz. And yes on multiple devices I made sure the signal in its location is optimal. So my question is, how do I fix this......?

Your Premiere can only use the 2.4 GHz wifi band, channels 1 through 11 as are used in North America.

When checking your router settings be sure it is set to use a wifi channel in the range 1 through 11.  2.4 GHz channels higher than this are used in other geographical areas but Rokus don't use them and can't even see them.  If your router supports 2.4 GHz channels outside this range make sure your router is set to use a channel in this range and that you aren't using an auto setting that could select channels outside this range.
