We are having trouble with our two Roku express. Internet went down for less than a minute yesterday and since then the Roku express have not worked right. The internet is not the issue. Everything that uses the internet in the house is working just fine. One of the Roku won’t connect to the internet the other is doing consistent buffering. No matter what channel I am on. HBOmax isn’t connecting at all. Discovery plus is buffering a lot. Netflix is buffering a lot as well. This issue needs to be fixed. Am tired of it. We pay lots for these channels.
Could you tell us who your internet service provider is? If it's Comcast or ATT, we would recommend changing your router settings for the 2.4 GHz band from g/n to b/g/n, as customers have stated that this helped resolve their issue.
