I set up my new eero mesh system & everything is working perfectly except my Roku devices. I have reset my router, contacted my internet provider & eero support. The issue seems to be between Roku & eero. Any suggestions
Does it not connect at all? Does it see the network? Are you attempting to use 2.4 or 5GHz? What is the model number of your Roku device(s) from Settings->System->About?
Yes all 4 connect with no issue & all 4 will stream . My real issue is that no apps will download nor can I change the background ground themes. Model 3900x Roku express, 39330RW Roku express 100012589 roku tv & my newest 3930RW would not even set up on the eero due to being unable to download the needed updates to complete setup. I was able to download & update all of the rokus while using my iPhone as a hotspot so there’s is not an issue with the devices themselves. Yes I have verified they are all connected to 2.4 accept the roku TV which does connect to the 5.
