Roku le won’t reconnect to internet after modem restart and factory reset

My Roku LE wasn’t connecti to internet after having it for a month. I restarted the modem of my internet. Called my internet provider and that is working. I factory reset my Roku LE and it won’t connect to my wife. It is right by the modem. I can go into any menu because it won’t let me continue the set up. Help….

What is the model number of your router and who is ISP (internet provider)?  Any error messages on screen?
