My roku isn’t connecting to the wifi after error 14.30 which told me to reset both the wifi and the roku and that solved nothing. The wifi password is correct and my wifi is working perfectly on my phone so i don’t understand the problem.
What is the Roku device? Model number and Roku software version/build.

I'm going to take a guess that you have a Roku Express, which is 2.4 GHz band only. I'm also going to guess that you have Comcast, Spectrum, or another ISP that's been changing 2.4 GHz settings from b/g/n to g/n. But only your Roku model number will confirm that.
