Roku is not connecting to wifi

My roku stop working with WiFi but smart roku tv is connecting to WiFi. I bought a new box and still not connecting. Already called internet provider and it’s not my provider.

Which roku device is it specifically?

Some of these devices operate only at 2.4gz network band, and others, like your RokuTV can operate on both the 2.4gz and 5.0gz bands.

Also, is your device "seeing" the network but not connecting to the network.  Is the device seeing the network, but not connecting to internet.

Network connection and internet connection are going to be different things.
