Roku hook up WiFi extender help?

Why won’t my Roku hook up to WiFi extender? Need better streaming in my one room. It will hook up the phones computers and everything but not the Roku stick. Help

usually involves resetting the Router just unplug/replug it.

Log out the other appliances first. Use 2.4 ghz broadcast.

use a simpler password all numbers.

Does the Roku see the SSID ?

It will connect to main router but the extender half way between house it won’t.  It’s there WiFi signal and will let us put password in but then says can’t connect. I can connect to main router though. I’m lost
