I have three (3) computers, (1) iPad, (1) iPhone and (1) android phone connected to the internet. I checked through chat with Spectrum today and they indicate my internet is fine.
I have tried ethernet connections with the Roku Ultra and received error message 13.50. I even accused Spectrum of blocking the Roku.Do I have 92) bad Rokus?
I tried to check my tp-link modem/router and stumbled upon that the router recognizes both Roku devices on wireless. The Rokus still have error message 14.50

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting your Roku devices to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are experiencing the same issue?

So I changed internet suppliers from Spectum to T-mobile 5G and the Roku works.
