Roku devices just stopped working.

I’ve had 2 Roku express 4K+ for the last 3 years with no significant issues. However, neither has been able to connect to Wi-Fi since 3 Aug.  I’ve done everything recommended (restart router, restart Roku, move the router, check 2.4 and 5HZ connectivity, other devices, and factory reset) but it still shows Not Commected.

 

Anyone have any recommendations or experiencing similar issues?

Are you sure you have had the Roku Express 4k+ (3941 ) for three (3) years? (only released last year).

Settings/System/About will tell you the Roku model number of your devices.

Post back with Roku model numbers, router model number, and your ISP (internet service provider).

Also, are you seeing any error messages on screen?  Are these your only Roku devices, so we can rule out other connection issue possibilities.
