We have a Wi-Fi extender on our RV. The RV Roku finds it when searching for networks but will not connect. We’ve restarted the Roku, restarted the extender. The RV Roku does connect directly to a Wi-Fi router in our home. I’ve gone to “private network” in Roku settings, entered the extender name and password, still doesn’t work. What are we doing wrong? #tetonwifiextender
Check the settings in your extender and see if the 2.4 GHz radio has the mode set to B/G/N. If not, then change the setting to this. Can't say for certain this is the issue, but it's a possibility.
Thank you, I apologize we are really new to this Wi-Fi extender stuff. I’m in the control panel for it, but where do I look for a B/G/N setting?
It should be within the radio settings for the 2.4 GHz radio, and it's usually labeled as "mode".
