I hit scan again and it still cannot find my network. I hit private network and type it all in, nothing. 3 rokus now and the same thing happens after a few months. I have ine that has been working for years in the living room, so I keep moving it from room to room. I have done a factory reset too...nothing

Re: Roku cannot find network at all

@Debbiepeterson

What are the model numbers of all your Roku devices.  If all your devices are 2.4ghz band only, and your ISP is Xfinity or Comcast, then you will need to change a setting in your router to have the Mode set to b/g/n in order for your Roku devices to connect.

You can use this link for reference https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-wifi-mode-admin-tool-xfinity-xfi or a walkthrough at https://community.roku.com/t5/Network-Wireless-Wired-Connections/Error-014-30-stuck-for-three-days/m...

Feel free to post back with update or if you need more help.  If the above is not applicable to you, post back with your Roku model numbers, your router model, your ISP (internet provider), and any errors you are seeing on screen.

Re: Roku cannot find network at all

Model numbers are all 3920X.  ISP is Sprint. These devices were each working fine for a month or two then decided to not have a signal, and now can't find my wireless signal.  I'm trying to reset them, but that doesn't seem to work.

If you have a mobile hotspot available to you, see if you can get them to connect to the 2.4gz band of that hotspot.  You certainly can't have 3 failed devices.

If they connect, then restart your router and try going into the Roku device and navigate to Settings..System..Advanced System Settings..Reset Network Connection..Reset Connection.

After the Roku automatically restarts during the above procedure, navigate to Settings..Network..Setup Connection and see if your network is there.  You may have to press "Scan again to See All Networks" a few times to refresh list.

If the above does not work, then you will have to login to your router and verify/change some settings in order to troubleshoot.  I assume your other wireless devices are connecting to your router properly?  Please post model number of router so I can see if any firmware updates or other issues are being reported.
