Hello there, my apartment building recently installed a building wide internet system and when I try to find the wireless network it is under there is no listing for it. I have tried forgetting the network and restarting the roku and still the wireless network is not listed

What's the model number of your Roku shown under Settings->System->About?  Do you know if your apartment Wi-Fi supports both 2.4 and 5GHz?

Also try manual entry of SSID.

I have tried this also and it sadly does not work.
