Roku can't find network

I have a roku Express that has been working great. All of a sudden it can't find my network. It has found a couple others close to me, but not mine. I have reset it. Unplugged it and restarted it. Even reset my router. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks. Russ.

Re: Roku can't find network

How far are you from router?

Settings/Network/About what does Internet download speed say?

Do you have a bunch of **bleep** logged into the same wifi signal?

Usually you need to reboot the router until roku sees SSID.

Re: Roku can't find network

If your ISP controls your router it appears that some of them have shut off the 2.4GHz AP (access point) which the Express requires.  If you're not in the US and your router's Wi-Fi channel is set to "Auto" it's possible that it switched to a channel that isn't supported.  Rokus only support channels 1 to 11 on 2.4GHz.
