For the first time ever, I am switching over to wireless because of the new setup in my new house. Problem is, my Roku refuses to connect to the network (error code 014). I can see the network, but it won't connect. I even did a hard reset, but now I'm stuck at the setup screen. I have that Comcast modem/router all in one. Can anyone help me try and figure this out?
Thanks for the post.

I am experiencing the same issue. I'm trying to connect and it is giving me 014.50 error code. I already did a reset on my router. My phone is connected fine to the wireless network. The Roku TV won't. I don't know what else to do.
My Roku is connected to my network and signal strength is "excellent". Nevertheless, about 1/4 of the time, when I turn on the TV the Roku does not connect to the network. I then have to restart Roku to get it to connect. Do I just have to live with this inconvenience, or is it possible that something is wrong with my Roku box? If so, can I exchange it for a new one?
Thanks,
Tom

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device.
I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot.
