Roku apps say no internet connection.

My Roku Ultra apps will not work. I had to set up my Roku by using my phone as a hot spot, and it still works on my hot spot. When I run a test on the Roku it says Wifi is strong, connection is great, and internet speed is good. My apple tv box, phone, and laptop all work on my internet, but the Roku will not. When I go to an app it says no internet connection even though when I run a test it says the internet is all good. Does anyone have a fix for this? I can't return this thing now because it has been too long. I spent over $100 on this thing and it's frustrating that it won't work.

Thanks for the post.

If your Roku device connects to your hotspot fine, then the issue would not appear to be with your Roku device. What kind of router are you using?

With more information we will be able to assist you further.

It’s from my internet provider. It’s an Asus RT-N12 wireless N router.
